Considering its long experience in the field, SIGEM, not only produces generating sets but it has also developed a series of services concerning technical assistance which include pre-sale advice, personnel training, production of all documents required by law, full installation (keys in hand), programmed maintenance service with specialized staff and suitable equipment, materials and spares supply.

1) PRE-SALE ASSISTANCE: SIGEM offers its customers an advice and project design service based on yard survey and the development of the installation drawing, according to updated laws and regulations, in order to assist customers in their choice of the most suitable set and its correct location.

2) FULL SERVICE INSTALLATION (KEYS IN HAND): SIGEM offers its customers a full service in order to have the gen set ready for use, including transport and positioning in the yard by means of suitable equipment, and installation of the set and relevant connections (excluding electric connection to the equipment serviced by the set).

3) AFTER SALE ASSISTANCE: SIGEM offers its customers an after sale technical assistance service which supports the customer during testing and starting . Upon request, the service may be extended for the whole warranty period with periodic visits and checks every six months.

4) MAINTENANCE: Considering the importance of continuity which must be granted to the main by the emergency generating sets, SIGEM, has developed for its customers, a programmed maintenance service which includes periodic visits by specialized personnel with suitable equipment and the supply of materials and spares aimed at preventing anomalies or breakdowns and keeping the whole plant in a good operating condition.

5) HIRING: SIGEM offers its customers an hiring service for yard or emergency generating sets, soundproofed and not, available for short or long periods, supplying upon request the suitable equipment for transport and unloading.
